Will Gramig is an Associate Director at Stern IR. Since joining the firm in 2020, Will has partnered with private and public biopharmaceutical and healthcare companies across all stages of development to design and execute investor relations programs centered around each company’s capital raising, strategic positioning, and visibility goals. His experience spans numerous therapeutic areas, including autoimmune, central nervous system, oncology, and rare disease, along with companies focused on cell and gene therapy, radiopharmaceuticals, and specialty pharmaceuticals. In addition, Will has advised companies on IR strategy to support various financings, including crossover rounds, IPOs, follow-ons, and high-value M&A transactions, as well as communicate around pivotal clinical trial data, product approvals, and other corporate and regulatory disclosures. Within Stern IR, Will contributes to the firm’s data initiative by supporting the development of scalable offerings that deliver actionable insights to complement each company’s IR strategy.
Will graduated with an A.B. in International Business and Spanish and a minor in Economics from Georgetown University. His broader interests include cycling the world’s back roads, practicing his golf swing, and slalom skiing when the water is warm.
