Premier Investor Relations Services for Healthcare and Biotechnology Companies Worldwide

We believe that a successful investor relations program depends on a multifaceted approach, including thoughtful strategy and seamlessly executed tactics.

Our goal is to help every company we work with achieve a valuation that reflects its accomplishments, technology and assets through enhanced visibility and communications and through favorable and credible interactions within the investment community and other key audiences.

Contact Us

From private to public, preclinical to commercial, we help companies at all stages map out a strategic plan to thoughtfully engage with the financial community, position themselves as leaders in their space, and reach their financing goals. Stern IR is proud to contribute to these efforts to provide novel approaches to people in need.

Our Services

The following services reflect key elements of our approach.

Messaging and Positioning

Integrating vision, the value and impact of scientific innovation, differentiation from peers, and specific expertise into a thoughtful story that resonates with investors is key to building credibility and value. Our deep industry knowledge and research on best practices assist each client in crafting key messages.

Preparing for Life as a Public Company

Whether you are preparing for an IPO, reverse merger, or listing on a new exchange, we guide companies through the process. We assist with everything along the way, including crossover rounds, banking introductions, the bake-off, S-1 / F-1 drafting, testing-the-waters and roadshow meetings support, managing the development and integration of your new IR website, and creating a pre- and post-IPO plan that reflects IR and Reg FD disclosure best practice.

Newsflow Planning

Leveraging newsflow is critical to the financial success of our clients. Planning how, when, and where to strategically disclose clinical, corporate, and financial news to generate the most value possible is a key element to our approach. We will draft your announcements with a focus on your strategic positioning.

Investor Targeting & Outreach

Stern IR has extensive knowledge and resources to help clients identify the right healthcare and biotechnology investors. Once we’ve conducted targeting, we also handle outreach and non-deal roadshow scheduling.

Sell-Side Engagement

Communication and relationship-building with the sell-side are crucial functions of any investor relations program. We facilitate these relationships.

Investor & Industry Events

Every year, Stern IR conducts dozens of value-added events for our clients that attract key investors, analysts and other stakeholders, including traditional analyst and investor R&D days, KOL roundtables, and events at medical meetings. We also host a premier corporate access event each year around the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference in January in San Francisco.
