Anne Marie Fields, Managing Director

Anne Marie Fields is a senior investor relations and corporate communications executive who joined SternIR with more than 25 years of experience and expertise in the life science sector. Over the years, she has enjoyed supporting a wide variety of public and private companies globally across a variety of therapeutic areas and development stages. Anne Marie brings both agency and in-house experience to her work.

Previously, Anne Marie worked with Intec Pharma, where she was Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations.  At Intec, she served as the first investor relations and corporate communications executive for this Israeli-based biopharmaceutical company in pivotal Phase 3 clinical development in Parkinson’s disease.  In addition to building and managing the communications program, Anne Marie served as Company representative on the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s Industry Research Consortium.

Prior to Intec Pharma, Anne Marie spent 13 years at LHA, an investor relations advisory firm, where as a Senior Vice President she led the development and implementation of high-impact investor relations and communications strategies for a broad client base of emerging life science companies with particular strength in strategy, corporate messaging, investor targeting and introductions, development of collateral marketing materials, financing strategies, event planning and crisis communications.

Before LHA, Anne Marie was Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Biomatrix, Inc., where she led the company’s communications programs from its first regulatory approval and product launch through to the Company’s acquisition by Genzyme.  Following the acquisition, she became a full-time consultant to Genzyme.

When not at work, Anne Marie enjoys travelling, skiing, reading and spending time with her large extended family.
