Sarah McCabe is a Managing Director at Stern IR. Sarah joined the company in 2004 and has played an integral role in the growth of the company. She has deep experience working with C-level executives and internal communications teams across a broad range of private and public devices, specialty pharma and biotech companies. She prepares and executes targeted and comprehensive investor relations programs to her clients, offering strategic counsel during financings such as crossover rounds and IPOs, for data and corporate disclosures and around M&A activity. Many of her client relationships have spanned over a decade.
Sarah’s IR passions are strategy and writing, with a unique eye toward how to best tell and communicate each client’s investment thesis. Additionally, she has also successfully run Stern IR’s annual corporate access event during the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, and originally launched this effort back in 2005.
Sarah is based in Philadelphia, PA and is an avid supporter of the growing biotech industry in her home town. Sarah attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology.
When Sarah is not at work, she can be found exploring the hiking trails and pickleball courts at her vacation house in Buck Hill Falls, PA with her dogs and boys. She also enjoys dining at her local restaurants and her involvement in the STEM Scholars program at the Franklin Institute.
